Day-to-day operations are supported by a dedicated Research Secretariat and Academic Secretariat, which assist both students and faculty with administrative and academic matters. 

To maintain high standards, the program includes a Quality Assurance (AQ) Group, which consists of six members, including PhD candidates, and is responsible for monitoring and improving the program. An International Advisory Board, composed of prominent professors from foreign universities, further supports the PhD by fostering global collaborations and sharing best practices.
